A teacher`s contract is a legal document that binds the teacher and the school for the employment of that teacher. This document defines the rights, benefits, obligations and other conditions of the parties in a clear and legible printing document. Therefore, a teacher contract helps to clarify the description of the teaching position so that he or she knows what awaits him or her and how he or she can accomplish his or her duties. It also helps protect a school`s necessary rights to set employment standards with its staff. Overall, a teacher`s contract is an essential document that every school should have when it comes to hiring its teachers. The teacher understands that during his work at the school, he has access to all information, including, but not limited to, proprietary and confidential information about the academic and commercial activities of the school. The teacher is therefore not allowed to communicate to other institutions or companies the information he receives from the school. Depending on the position the teacher may hold at the school, he or she may hold another position in another school, which may be considered a conflict of interest. The teacher must disclose all the occupations he may have at the school during his mandate. The teacher must always dress respectfully and professionally accordingly. The teacher receives an indemnity of $40,000.00, payable twice a month in 24 equal shares during the year, subject to authorized deductions.

The school is responsible for providing the teacher with textbooks and other teaching materials. The school provides training and support that contributes to the improvement of the teacher. Books and other school property, including electronic devices, remain the property of the school and are returned to the school at the end of this contract. This contract can be performed in several counterparties, each of which is considered original and forms a single thing together. The teacher is entitled to the insurance benefits granted by the school during his employment. This Teacher Agreement (the “Contract”) will be entered into on August 13, 2019 by and between Stacy R.
